Simpson Thacher recently represented the initial purchasers, for which Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Panasonic Holdings Corporation (“Panasonic”) of $500 million of 5.302% Senior Fixed Rate Notes due 2034. The offering was made in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
