Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner and global coordinator under LATAM’s super-priority revolving loan credit agreement in connection with LATAM Airlines Group S.A.’s $250,000,000 upsize and extension of its existing revolving credit facility to an aggregate principal amount of $750,000,000.
