Hyang-Sook (“Soogy”) Lee is Senior Counsel in the Restructuring Practice of the Firm’s Corporate Department. Soogy focuses on syndicated loan financings, particularly in the bankruptcy and restructuring contexts, and has significant experience in the representation of financial institutions in a range of transactions including working capital financings, debtor-in-possession financings, pre-packaged bankruptcy cases and exit financings extended to reorganized debtors. Soogy received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, and her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1989. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
