Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced today that Hadrien Servais will join the Firm’s Alternative Capital and Private Credit group, where he will lead the European Private Credit team.

Hadrien has extensive experience advising direct lenders, major investment banks, private capital providers and private equity sponsors. Recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, his work focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, opportunistic credit financings and other debt financing solutions spanning all market cycles. Hadrien joins Simpson Thacher from another international law firm.
