Simpson Thacher represented Prime Finance in the formation and raising of Prime Finance Special Situations Fund 2, L.P. (“PFSS 2”). PFSS 2 (together with its related vehicles) closed at more than $1 billion in capital commitments. PFSS 2 will invest in distressed, challenged, or transitional capital structures through debt or equity instruments backed by commercial real estate throughout the United States.
