The Firm represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering by UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (“UnitedHealth Group”) of $6 billion aggregate principal amount of its notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.6% Notes due 2027, $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.7% Notes due 2029, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.9% Notes due 2031, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5% Notes due 2034, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Notes due 2054 and $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.5% Notes due 2064. The offering closed on March 21, 2024.
