The Firm represented USI, Inc. (“USI”) in connection with its offering of $620 million aggregate principal amount of 7.500% Senior Notes due 2032. USI used the proceeds from the offering to redeem the entirety of its 6.875% Senior Notes due 2025 and pay related fees and expenses.
