(“Berkshire”), consisting of ¥93.9 billion of 0.907% Senior Notes due 2026, ¥57.7 billion of 1.135% Senior Notes due 2028, ¥5.6 billion of 1.348% Senior Notes due 2030, ¥4.2 billion of 1.592% Senior Notes due 2033 and ¥3 billion of 2.325% Senior Notes due 2053. The offering closed on April 20, 2023.
