Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, in connection with the registered public offering by Northrop Grumman Corporation (“Northrop Grumman”), of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.7% Senior Notes due 2033 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.95% Senior Notes due 2053. Northrop Grumman intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayment, share repurchases and working capital.
