The firm is representing EQT Infrastructure VI fund in its agreement to acquire Madison Energy Investments from affiliates of Stonepeak Partners LP. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023. The agreement to acquire Madison Energy Investments represents the first transaction signed by EQT Infrastructure VI which has a target fund size of €20 billion.
