Simpson Thacher represented Masplay, S.A. (Masplay) in connection with its acquisition of Nike de Chile Limitada (now Equinox Chile Limitada). Simpson Thacher also assisted in connection with the financing of the acquisition. Masplay operates the distribution of Nike’s products in Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia.
