Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced today that Jessica Cohen will join the Firm as an Intellectual Property/Privacy and Cybersecurity Partner based in the New York office.

Jessica’s practice includes complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and joint ventures, as well as licensing, development and servicing agreements, and outsourcing matters. She also has a broad-based counseling practice, including with respect to privacy matters and those relating to the California Consumer Privacy Act.
