SunPower to Sell Its Commercial & Industrial Solutions Business

The Firm is advising the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) in connection with the sale of its Commercial & Industrial Solutions business to TotalEnergies, SunPower’s majority shareholder. The transaction is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
