Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”) of $1.25 billion of 2.329% Senior Notes due 2027, $500 million of 2.71% Senior Notes due 2029 and $750 million of 2.999% Senior Notes due 2032. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
