(“Coincheck”), a public Dutch company, with Thunder Bridge Capital Partners IV, Inc., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. Upon closing, Coincheck began publicly trading on the Nasdaq stock market on December 11, 2024, under the ticker symbols “CNCK” and “CNCKW.”
Coincheck Group is the global holding company of Coincheck, Inc., headquartered in the Netherlands, operating in the crypto asset and Web3 domains. Coincheck, Inc. operates the marketplace and exchange platforms for crypto assets in Japan and is one of the most established and trusted names in crypto.
