Simpson Thacher represented Platinum Equity in connection with a structured secondary transaction related to United Site Services, the largest provider of portable sanitation and related site services in the United States. A continuation fund vehicle was raised in connection with the transaction that is backed by a group of leading institutional investors. The additional capital raised will be used to continue to invest in organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
