Martin Bell, Litigation Partner and former federal prosecutor, was quoted in a New York Magazine article which discussed the upcoming trial of Ghislaine Maxwell in the SDNY. When analyzing some of the hurdles that both the prosecution and the defense might be confronted with over the course of the six-week trial, Martin explained, “The prosecution faces some real challenges with corroboration due to the passage of time, and the defense needs to avoid falling into the trap of relying too much on holes in memory.”
