In honor of World IP Day, Lori Lesser, Head of the Intellectual Property Practice and Co-Chair of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice, moderated a panel for ChIPs titled, “Feel the Beat of IP: Empowering Creators and Innovators in the Music Industry,” which discussed insights into understanding the role that IP has in music, explored the legal challenges that creators and businesses can face navigating the complex landscape of IP rights and explained the influence of government and external affairs in shaping IP policies and protecting the rights of music creators and innovators globally.
