Simpson Thacher represented KKR Rainbow Aggregator L.P. (the “Selling Stockholder”) in connection with a secondary offering of Class A common stock of Coty Inc. (“Coty”) by the Selling Stockholder for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $420 million. The Selling Stockholder received all proceeds from the offering. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as the underwriter of the offering.
