Simpson Thacher is representing Blackstone in connection with its proposed acquisition of The Chamberlain Group LLC (“Chamberlain Group”) from The Duchossois Group, Inc. in a transaction that values Chamberlain Group at approximately $5 billion. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
