Law360 highlighted Brian’s handling of several billion-dollar financings for large energy industry players, including advising on TechnipFMC’s $1.85 billion committed debt financing to support its spin-off of Technip Energies. When discussing what drew him to energy space, Brian credited the complex and ever-changing nature of the industry. “One way to think about it is we turn the lights on every morning and it's easy to take that for granted. So much is happening behind the switch,” Brian explained. “How is the power getting to your home? Who's providing it? How was it generated? What's the fuel? Where, and how is it produced? There's an incredible ecosystem that exists in the energy space, and it's always evolving.”
