Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with Realogy Group LLC’s (“Realogy”) extension of the maturity dates of its credit facilities. Realogy extended the maturity for approximately $237 million of the term loan A facility and $948 million of the revolving credit facility by two years from February 8, 2023 to February 8, 2025.
