The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in a public offering by Keysight Technologies, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3% Notes due 2029.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay its outstanding $500 million of 3.3% senior notes due October 30, 2019.
