Simpson Thacher represented Dell Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its registered public offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes, consisting of $700 million of 4.350% Senior Notes due 2030 and $800 million of 4.850% Senior Notes due 2035, by two of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries as co-issuers.
The proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem the co-issuers’ 5.850% Senior Notes due 2025 and any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of other debt.
