Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in connection with the offering by Agilent Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.75% Senior Notes due 2029. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the redemption of the Company’s 5% senior notes due 2020.
