Simpson Thacher recently represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Securities, Inc., in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Panasonic Corporation of $1 billion of 2.536% Senior Notes due 2022, $1 billion of 2.679% Senior Notes due 2024 and $500 million of 3.113% Senior Notes due 2029.
Panasonic Corporation was founded in 1918 and is engaged in development, production, sales and service activities in a broad array of business areas as a comprehensive electronics manufacturer.
