Partner Kevin Kennedy was profiled in Law360 as a 2018 Technology MVP. He was recognized for his work in several of this year’s highest-profile initial public offerings, including Dropbox and Sonos’ IPOs. Discussing the impact of Dropbox’s IPO on the market, Kevin said “There’s been a backlog of unicorn tech companies who have been thinking of going public forever, but who haven’t quite made it out the door, and people have been waiting. Dropbox is very much at the crest of that wave, and now you’re seeing a bunch more folks coming down the pipe, which will ultimately end with the big ones going out.”
