Blackstone to Sell DJO Global to Colfax Corporation

The Firm is representing Blackstone (NYSE: BX) and DJO Global in connection with Blackstone’s sale of DJO Global to Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX) in a transaction valued at $3.15 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

 DJO Global is a leading global provider of medical technologies designed to get and keep people moving. Its products address the continuum of patient care from injury prevention to rehabilitation, enabling people to regain or maintain their natural motion and are used by orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, pain management specialists, physical therapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, athletic trainers and other healthcare professionals.
