Litigation Partners Steve Cutler and John Terzaken will speak at the 2018 Forum on European Banking Enforcement on September 27 in Hampshire, U.K. Steve and John will participate on two panels. The first panel is titled “Individuals in Regulatory Investigations,” which will focus on issues concerning the relationship between institutions and bank employees during an investigation. The second, titled “Ethical and Business Issues Dealing with Regulators and Government Misconduct,” will discuss the legal, ethical and business challenges banks face when dealing with regulators and prosecutors.
