The Firm is representing CamberView Partners Holdings, LLC and Corsair Capital LP in connection with CamberView’s proposed sale to PJT Partners Inc. (NYSE: PJT) for total consideration of approximately $165 million, comprised of approximately $100 million of equity and $65 million of cash. The transaction, which is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2018.
