The Firm represented Primavera Capital Group and its portfolio company Spring Education Group, the largest preK-12 private school operator in the U.S., in connection with their acquisition of Nobel Learning Communities and of certain southern California-based campuses of LePort Schools. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
