Simpson Thacher is advising JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent for a $45 million debtor-in-possession loan facility for The NORDAM Group, Inc. in connection with its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding. The DIP facility consisted of a revolver in an aggregate principal amount of up to $45 million. Simpson Thacher is also advising JPMorgan in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding in its capacity as administrative agent under a $260 million pre-petition first lien facility.
The Bankruptcy Court approved, on an interim basis, the terms and documentation of the DIP facility on July 24, 2018 and the DIP facility closed on July 25, 2018.
