The Firm is representing Hellman & Friedman in connection with entering into a definitive agreement to invest in SimpliSafe. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018, subject to the waiting period under the HSR Act and other customary closing conditions. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
