The Firm represented Renaissance Learning, Inc. (“RLI”), a portfolio company of Hellman & Friedman LLC, in connection with the acquisition of myON Holdings, LLC (“myON”). RLI, headquartered in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, is a leader of K-12 assessment and learning analytics with a presence in more than a third of U.S. schools and 70 countries around the world. myON is a leading provider of digital literacy solutions and offers students with access to a personalized library of more than 13,000 digital books at home or in the classroom.
