Simpson Thacher is representing El Rancho Supermercado (“El Rancho”) in connection with the investment in El Rancho by Albertsons Companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
El Rancho is a Texas-based Hispanic grocery retailer with its own distribution and manufacturing facilities serving its 16 stores. El Rancho will continue to operate as an independent company headquartered in Garland, Texas.
