The Firm recently represented Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. as underwriters in connection with a registered public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock of Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (“Bright Horizons”) (NYSE: BFAM), resulting in net proceeds of approximately $349 million to the selling stockholders. The selling stockholders, including affiliates of Bain Capital Partners, LLC, received all of the net proceeds from the offering.
