(NYSE: OMI) (“Owens & Minor”) in connection with its announced acquisition of Halyard Health, Inc.’s Surgical & Infection Prevention (“S&IP”) business for $710 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2018, subject to the receipt of customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
