The Firm recently represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC (“Morgan Stanley”) as underwriter in connection with a registered public offering of 4,150,000 shares of common stock of Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (“Bright Horizons") (NYSE: BFAM), resulting in net proceeds of approximately $328.9 million to the selling stockholders. The selling stockholders, including affiliates of Bain Capital Partners, LLC, received all of the net proceeds from the offering.
