The Firm represented Barclays Bank PLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and the lenders in connection with a $1.25 billion revolving credit facility for Trinity Acquisition plc, a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (NASDAQ: WLTW). The proceeds of the revolving credit facility are available to refinance existing debt and for working capital, capital expenditures, permitted acquisitions and other general corporate purposes. Barclays is the administrative agent for the facility.
