The Firm recently advised Bank of Montreal in connection with a $100 million committed bridge facility for Resolute Energy Corporation to finance its proposed acquisition of certain producing and undeveloped oil and gas properties in the Delaware Basin in Reeves County, Texas.
Resolute Energy Corporation is a publicly traded, independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploitation, development, exploration for and acquisition of oil and gas properties.
