The Firm recently represented Goldman, Sachs & Co. as sole dealer manager in connection with an exchange of $369.5 million aggregate principal amount of 9.125% Senior Notes due 2019 issued by Syniverse Holdings, Inc. (“Syniverse”) for an equal principal amount of 9.125% Senior Notes due 2022 issued by its subsidiary Syniverse Foreign Holdings Corporation and guaranteed by Syniverse. The exchange offer settled on January 11, 2017.
