The Firm is representing Blackstone in connection with its announced acquisition of Tradesmen International, LLC (“Tradesmen”) from affiliates of Wellspring Capital Management LLC. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Tradesmen is the leading agency-based provider of outsourced skilled craftsmen to non-residential construction and industrial contractors in North America.
