Simpson Thacher represented the underwriter, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in connection with a secondary offering by a fund affiliated with The Carlyle Group of 10 million shares of common stock of CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: COMM) (“CommScope”), resulting in net proceeds of approximately $303.7 million to the selling stockholder.
