Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in connection with the offering by Agilent Technologies, Inc. of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.05% Senior Notes due 2026. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for the repayment of Agilent Technologies’ existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.
