The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as lead left bookrunner, arranger and administrative agent in connection with a four year $450 million secured term loan facility for iStar Inc. The proceeds from the new facility were used to refinance the Company’s existing term loan and partially pay down outstanding borrowings on its revolving credit facility.
iStar Inc. is a financial and investment company focused on the commercial real estate industry.
