Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in the recent public offering of $275 million aggregate principal amount of 6.5% Senior Notes Due 2021 issued by iStar Inc.
