Simpson Thacher recently represented Goldman, Sachs & Co. (“Goldman Sachs”) as underwriter in a registered public offering of 7,475,000 shares of common stock of EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT), resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $437 million.
EQT Corporation is an integrated energy company, with an emphasis on Appalachian area natural gas production, gathering, transmission and distribution and one of the largest natural gas producers in the Appalachian Basin.
