The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, in a secondary offering of 28,750,000 shares of common stock of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (“ServiceMaster”) (including shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) by funds affiliated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and other selling stockholders. The offering yielded gross proceeds of approximately $848 million. ServiceMaster’s shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SERV”.
