The Firm represented PPL Corporation (“PPL”) in an SEC-registered at-the-market equity program pursuant to which shares of PPL’s common stock having an aggregate sales price of up to $500 million may be sold from time to time by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
PPL Corporation, with 2014 revenues of more than $11 billion, is one of the largest companies in the U.S. utility sector. The PPL family of companies delivers electricity and natural gas to about 10 million customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.
