The Firm represented Silver Lake Partners in connection with its announced $250 million strategic investment in Red Ventures. Red Ventures operates as a strategic partner to leading brands across a variety of dynamic industries, including consumer home video, telecom, insurance, energy, financial services and software. The company uses advanced data analytics, marketing and sales technology to optimize customer acquisition and lifetime value for a number of premier brands including DIRECTV, MetLife and Verizon. Red Ventures was founded in 2000 and currently employs more than 2,000 people and has twice been ranked among the top 20 fastest-growing companies on the Inc. 500 list.
